Large Electric Hike In-store for National Grid Customers

Author: Alex Gilmore | Updated:

Massachusetts-National grid residential customers should expect to see a large increase in their electric bills come the winter months. This rate hike is suppose to increase  current bills for residential customers by 21%. “The typical residential customer’s monthly bill starting Nov. 1 will be $110.18, compared with a current bill of $90.82,” National Grid said.

Even with the increase, it is still 9% less than what Massachusetts residents saw last year on their electric bill.

Now is the time to look to save before the snow and winter months come. Be sure to check out electricityrates.pt-site.com to see if you can save on your electric bill.
